Shipping
Our merchandise are sold FOB Atlanta. Shipping charges will be added to the grand total of each order.

All orders will be shipped as soon as possible, usually within one day to two days of order received. All Packages are shipped out UPS ground unless otherwise noted. 

COD orders will be subject to an additional charge up to $10.00  per package, only available within the U.S.

We use the most common and reliable carriers for your shipping needs. UPS, FedEx, DHL are all accepted choices. We prefer UPS due to its wide coverage and relatively better service and low cost to you. UPS ground shipping is number 1 choice if not otherwise specified by customer. You can designate your preferred carriers but we will not be able to guarantee the days or time needed to deliver as we usually do with common carriers such as UPS.

Any delivery that arrives damaged or is missing merchandise must be reported to the UPS driver and/or contact UPS directly at 1-800-PICKUPS to initiate a claim. Freight damages & claims are the responsibility of the carrier and must be filed with them immediately. If you need further assistance please feel free to contact our office within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns

We take very measure to ensure the quality of your order before it is shipped. Our experience has been very positive with all our customers so far. Our return rate is extremely low. We also use excessive protection on the packages prior to handing over to our shipping carrier, normally UPS, to minimize the potential damage caused by the carriers.

We offer 10 business day "checking period" for you to inspect the quality and any manufacturing defects. You are encouraged to contact us within 10 business days upon receiving the order for any deficit of the goods you receive and possible return. After this "checking period", we will not accept any return.

All merchandise must be returned in original sellable condition:
a) in original packing box with "Fushida" logo on 
b) plastic sleeves on all glasses
c) no tags cut off
d) must be in full dozens

We will not be liable if you order the wrong product. We provide product description and a photo (whenever possible) so that you can make an educated buying decision. If a delivery is refused due to customer error, the purchase price of the product will be refunded, minus a 20% restocking fee, but you will be charged for the freight costs and the small order fee, if applicable.

Your request for the replacement of a product must be submitted within three business days of delivery in order to receive refund.

We do not accept unauthorized returns.

Payments


We accept Visa and Master Card for credit card payment. We also accept Money Order, Company check for COD delivery. Any returned check will be subject to $25.00 return check fee.

For Term payment (ex. Net 10 days, Net 30 days), we will mail you the invoice immediately after order shipped. Please make sure you pay the invoice due on time, any delayed payment will be subject to up to 20% later payment fee.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Fushida USA Corporation, and its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the these terms, or your violation of any rights of another. Due to the dynamic driven content of the Fushida USA Corporation web site, posting errors can be made from time to time directly from the database. Fushida USA Corporation can not be held liable for postings made by malfunction or system error.

No Resale of Product Or Service

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the service, without written permission from Fushida USA Corporation.
